Humor was created in us to make us equal to our Creators

Mohamed 02 Libya has closed its embassy in Copenhagen; Saudi Arabia has called back its ambassador, supermarkets in Kuwait are boycotting Danish products, all these for twelve caricatures of the Prophet Muhammed published in the Danish newspaper "Jyllands-Posten". (http://www.jp.dk)

Imams and political leaders of the Muslim world consider them as insults to their faith and to the Prophet. The Danish government considers them as free expression and refuses to intervene. Meanwhile anger, tensions and frustration are building up….
Here is what the Prophet Rael declared today on this matter:
The freedom of expression of artists should be respected. That Muslims accept to follow their rule not to draw the Prophet Mohamed or Allah, it's their freedom of religion, but non Muslims have no obligations to refrain from drawing and caricaturing Mohamed or "Allah", or Jesus, or Moses, or any other Prophet including myself. Humor was also created in us to make us equal to our creators... and nowadays they laugh a lot watching us...

We express our full support to the artists, the Magazine chief editor and the Danish government for respecting freedom of expression.
